Dress Code Policy

To maintain a professional and safe environment, our staff are required to adhere to the following dress code guidelines:

Clothing:

  • Staff should dress in a manner that is appropriate for a professional setting.

  • Black or blue jeans/trousers or appropriate-length shorts are acceptable.

  • Clothing should be clean, tidy, and suitable for manual handling and freedom of movement.

Footwear:

  • Footwear must be safe and comfortable; no heels are permitted.

Jewellery and Makeup:

  • Excessive jewellery or heavy makeup may present an unprofessional image, so we kindly request that makeup is kept to a minimum.

  • Earrings should not be sharp or dangly, as they may pose a risk to children and adults.

Hair:

  • Hair should be clean, neat, and tidy, promoting a professional appearance.

Tattoos:

  • Where possible, tattoos should be covered when in the setting.

Nail Care:

  • In the interest of health and hygiene, nails should not be overly long or pointy.

Compliance:

  • All employees are expected to comply with the dress code policy during work hours and at company-sponsored events.

  • Any exceptions or modifications to the dress code policy must be approved by management.
